1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to VirtuosoPro. By accessing, downloading, or using the VirtuosoPro application and services (collectively, the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions in this agreement, then you may not access or use the Service.

VirtuosoPro is a multiplatform music collaboration application available on Android, iOS, Windows, Mac, Linux, and Web platforms.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on VirtuosoPro for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on VirtuosoPro
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server

• Create competing services using content from VirtuosoPro

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by VirtuosoPro at any time upon notice to you.

The materials on VirtuosoPro are provided on an 'as is' basis. VirtuosoPro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall VirtuosoPro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VirtuosoPro, even if VirtuosoPro or an authorized representative has been notified verbally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on VirtuosoPro could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. VirtuosoPro does not warrant that any of the materials on VirtuosoPro are accurate, complete, or current. VirtuosoPro may make changes to the materials contained on VirtuosoPro at any time without notice.

6. Materials (Content) on VirtuosoPro

VirtuosoPro has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by VirtuosoPro of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. User-Generated Content

Users retain all rights to content they create and upload to VirtuosoPro (songs, sets, events, notes, etc.). By uploading content to VirtuosoPro, you grant VirtuosoPro a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, backup, and synchronize your content across all platforms and devices for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee.
